Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for handling of packages after they leave our possession. Please contact USPS for such issues. 

Refunds
If we determine a refund is due, you will be refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve notified you of your refund, please contact us at info@frostandcrumb.com.
