Shipping policy

Keeping pre-made inventory sitting on a shelf is not what we do at Frost & Crumb! Our products are made when you order them, so they come to you as fresh as possible.

Currently, our processing time is 7-10 business days {this does not include transit time}, with every attempt made to get orders out as soon as possible. All orders are shipped USPS Priority shipping with tracking info provided, unless otherwise specified. 

*Please note: During the months of May through September, orders containing body butter and/or sugar scrub will likely only be shipped on Monday through Thursday, to decrease the risk of your package sitting over the weekend in a hot mail truck or facility. Your order will include an ice pack{s} and thermal packing, however we strongly encourage you to retrieve your package as soon after delivery as possible. Our jars of whipped body butter and sugar scrubs are full when they leave us but melting can cause the jar to appear less full, by as much as half. Even if your butter melts, its beneficial properties remain and it can still be used as normal. You can also refrigerate it until it becomes solid again. The fluffy texture will be lost but, we promise, the skin-lovingness will not!
